Aboriginal Australian music in Barcelona, Spain?

By DH Wall - Posted on June 21, 2007 at 12:12 am

These performers were playing music with a Digeridoo and drum at Parc Guell in Barcelona, Spain.

The Digeridoo originates with the aboriginal peoples of northern Australia and is strange to see played in Spain on the other side of the planet.

The instrument is not easy to play and requires a circular breathing technique whereby air is breathed in through the nose and exhaled through the mouth at the same time.
