Easy.  Select the kind of coffee you want from the following list.  

Memorize the words.  Keep saying it until you've committed the words to memory.  Write it down just in case.  When you get to Spain, try your best.  The waiter will understand.

"Café solo"  - a plain espresso (Do not order a "Han Solo" as fictitious Star Wars characters are not available at most restaurants).

"Café con leche" - espresso with milk

"Café cortado" - espresso with a little bit of milk
